On the night when he was betrayed, the Lord Jesus took bread saying, this is my body broken for you
Do this in remembrance of me
In the same way he took the cup and said, this is the new covenant in my blood
Do this whenever you drink of it in remembrance of me
Today we remember his sacrifice, the Lamb of God who died for the sins of the world
We examine our hearts, confess our sins, and humble ourselves before our creator
We proclaim Christ's death until he comes again
The good news that Christ has overcome the grave and given us hope for eternal life with Him, The body and the blood
Such precious gifts given for us
We remember, we proclaim, we eat, and we drink, and our souls are satisfied in him
