About Rype

Hello Pastors and Ministry Leaders!

My name is Sol and I am a Co-Founder, and the Creative Director for Rype. I want to introduce myself and share some of the Rype story with you!

MY STORY

I am a husband, a father, and a bi-vocational pastor in the Pacific Northwest, where I was born and raised. I spent 12 years as a pastor both here and then in the midwest, and last year I moved back home to plant a church where I am now the lead pastor. I love my job, and I love to help other ministry leaders fulfill their calling and make an eternal impact!

For over a decade, I’ve been responsible for planning church services for small, medium, and large ministries, including youth groups, college groups, chapels, retreats & conferences, and Sunday services. In all of them, I have witnessed over and over again how powerful worship services can inspire people and change lives. I’ve also witnessed the power of visual media to enhance those worship gatherings!

RYPE STORY

4 years ago Rype teamed up with Filmpac music and footage to begin making short videos that churches could use in their services, called Sunday films. At first, we focused on holidays and special events, but now our library includes all kinds of videos: sermon bumpers, worship intros, Scripture readings, prayers, live spoken word videos, and more.

As a pastor, I know that your church service is a sacred hour with tremendous value, and so we take seriously the responsibility of partnering with you to make that hour impactful. And so on a personal level, I want to thank all of you for welcoming our videos into your events, gatherings, and services.
